Аннотация
С целью изучения причин сопротивления персонала организационным изменениям выполнено исследование влияния занимаемой должности и изменения заработной платы на лояльность сотрудников. Получено, что 71% молодых сотрудников при снижении заработной платы будут искать новое место работы. Тогда как сотрудники более старшего возраста проявили большую лояльность по отношению к работодателям. По результатам выполненного исследования даны рекомендации менеджерам компаний.

The aim of the study is to investigate the causes and manifestation of organizational changes resistance [1]. The object of study is the working citizens of the Russian Federation, employees of Russian companies. Poll of workers on social networks [2] was executed.
When collecting data we formed the hypothesis, conducted a survey and got the following results:
Even a slight reduction of the salary would be enough to dismiss from the organization. (Diagram 1)
The hypothesis was: difficulties in the company in connection with various crises affect the employees' salaries and that would be enough to make the most of the respondents under the age of 30 years began to look for a new job, because it is much easier to find a new job for younger employees than for their older colleagues.
The reverse situation among employees of older ages, for their own workplace they try to resist with greater force than the younger colleagues.
In fact, the situation has changed dramatically in the opposite direction - the hypothesis has not been confirmed during the research. At the age of 30 years, a slight decrease of salary would be enough dismiss from the organization only for 16 people. For the remaining 39 respondents reducing wages is not enough to dismissal from the organization.
However, one respondent over the age of 46 years responded positively to this question. Position of the respondent refers to middle managers / senior management. This indicates that the respondent has already taken place almost as a professional employee and he has a wealth of experience. Most of all, the hunt is on for the data specialist from HR-agencies and organizations, rather than the respondent is in search of the company. He was not so much afraid of losing job, because he knows that there are many positions where he can use his rich experience.
Respondents aged from 31 to 45 years, answered negatively to the question about leaving the company due to lower wages.

An interesting observation here is the position of Junior managers. With a margin of one person, the respondents in this category are ready to retire due to a slight decrease in their salary.
