About myself and my family

| I'd like to introduce myself and tell you about my family. My name is Boris. I am 19. You know, I am a first-year cadet of the Murmansk State Technical University. I study at the Navigation Department and do my bestto get as much knowledge as I can. My favourite subject is mathematics. In factI amvery good at it. Actually I am a regular visitor to our library where I spend a lot of time. You see I am very fond of reading. I am also interested in music, mostly rock-music. I do sports as well. Basketball is my favourite sport. As a rule I go to the gym in the evenings. My friend Alex does the same. We are always together. I also spend a lot of time with my family. They live in Murmansk. My father's name is Oleg. He is an engineer by profession. He has a lot of work to do in his office. He often works very late. As far as I know he likes to do everything well. He drives perfectly and cooks very well too. My mother is a teacher. Her name is Svetlana. She is very kind and charming. In spite ofher hard job she always looks fine. She likes her job. She also keeps house and looks after my younger sister. She goes to bed late when she finishes washing up. My mother is fond of jogging. My little sister is a pupil of the first form. She likes sewing.Besides my sister helps my mother a lot with the housework. My elder brother is 23. He is married. His wife and he live in their own flat. My grandfather lives with us. He is 70, but he doesn't look his age. He helps us to do the shopping. On Sundays our family often gets togetherto discuss the latest news. On the wholewe get along fine. I respect my parents.
