Conditions of choice of distributive justice norms

There were studied the factors related with the choice of distributive justice norms. In empirical research the subjects met several projective situations and chose the conditions when the events described seemed them to be fair (unfair). The conditions were correspondent with six norms of distributive justice (equity, equality, distribution according to efforts, needs, abilities and personality of actor). The projective situations differed on degree of described event' justice (fair/unfair), context of its origin (interpersonal, business, educatory, social), type of resource distribution (reward/punishment, property/psychological) and the subject's role (actor, victim, witness). The results showed that all the factors found influenced on choice of distributive justice norms.

Key words: presentations of justice/injustice, distributive justice, social justice, reward/punishment, role.
