Listening two

OK, this morning 1 m going to tell you about two cocktails, the Daiquiri and the Manhattan. Let 's start with the Daiquiri First take the cocktail shaker and half fil I it with broken ice. Then add five centiliters of lime juice. After that put in four centiliters of rum and one or two dashes of grenadine. Then shake it well and pass it through a strainer into a cocktail glass. All right? Are there any questions... Let's move on to the next cocktail, the Manhattan. No shake for this one, just a large glass. Half fill this glass with ice and add four centiliters of Canadian Club whisky, then four centiliters of Italian vermouth, and one or two dashes of Angostura bitters. Stir it well, then pass it through a strainer into a cocktail glass. Serve it with a cherry.
