The bachelor thesis work the merchandising quality characteristic mushroom sauces, namely, the determination of the content of the mass fraction of fat, moisture, acidity and the stability of the emulsion sauce with mushrooms; developed a marketing study particular product positioning in today's challenging economic environment.
