The experience of elaboration and application of diagnostic technique "Labor motivation structure" is covered. The empiric-statistical results of this technique validity checking allow to compare its efficiency with other existing models and approaches to labor motivation diagnostics. The examples of technique computer version interpretation messages as well as the example of individual profile with complex interpretation are given.
