Cultural ideas and growing up of a subject of professional activity

The growing up of subject of labour is considered as approach to positive and realistic ideals of culture interpreting in the broad sense. The interrelationship of the growing up and rules of nature, culture, mind is analyzed. The labour is considered as production of social valuable realities (not only material but processual): information, order of something, new formations in the mind, in the inner world (other people and own one).

Key words: the development of mind (of subject of labour), professional, professionalism, culture, ideals, striving for perfection, conflicts (contradictions of development).
