varied, fast and comfortable. 2) Depending
on the distance you need to cover as well
as your budget and preferences, you may
get anywhere by air, water, railway or road
using planes, boats, trains or cars.
3) Air travelling offers the advantage of
speed, however, it is also the most expensive
means of transportation. 4) Trains are
also rather fast and more affordable than
planes. 5) Travelling by boat is joyful, but
limited by the water area. 6) Cars serve
in the most convenient and private way,
nevertheless there are problems of traffic
jams and petrol prices.
7) However, there is one major disadvantage
of all modern means of transport
they are harmful not only to a person who
uses them but also to the environment and
all the human beings.
8) Speaking about a big city, there
should be means of transport which are
plenty in number to carry crowds of people
especially in rush hours and varied in price.
9) A metro line is a must for a megalopolis,
as well as a sufficient number of trams,
buses and trolleybuses.
