Mention how you prevent yourself from getting stressed.
Say how you relax and unwind if youre feeling stressed.
1) Everyone tends to be stressed these
days. 2) We have a faster pace, face bigger
expectations and are subjected to
a much more massive flow of information.
3) Teenagers who are extremely busy with
their school lessons and exam preparations
sometimes feel even more stressed than
their parents.
4) My personal point of view is that it
is easier to prevent oneself from getting
stressed than to cope with it later on.
5) In order to avoid homework pressure
and anxiety of schooling I usually try to
manage my time wisely, for example, I try
to prepare for my classes every day instead
of cramming at the last moment before
a test. 6) I also tend to strike a balance
between work and leisure time. 7) I go out
with my friends, exercise at least twice
a week and visit our school art club.
8) Nevertheless, if these measures
arent enough and I start feeling too tired,
irritated and depressed, I take a break, go
for a walk or devote my time to something
I really like reading or drawing, then go
to bed earlier than usual and get plenty of
night sleep. 9) As a rule, that helps me to
relax and unwind from stress.
