Where n is the number of tasks on all competencies

Z: z1+z2++zn - Assessment of the level of knowledge

N: n1+n2++nn - Assessment of the level of skills

K: k1+k2++kn - Assessment of the level of communication competence

P: p1+p2++pn - Assessment of the level of legal competence

S: s1+ s2++sn -Assessment of Independent work of the student

Extracurricular independent work of the student - max. 100%

- Proper and complete execution of tasks related to the Independent work of the student - 100%

- Proper, but incomplete execution of tasks related to the Independent work of the student - 75-95%

- Incomplete answer with some inaccuracy 50-70%

- Less than 50% of tasks completed - 0%

Intermediate control (r) - max. 100%

Stage 1. Complex testing () max. 100%

(the assessment is done by test.exe program from 0% to 100 %)

Stage 2. Practical skills of the student () max. 100%

r1(r2) = ( + )/2

Where - score for Stage 1,

- score for Stage 2.

Access rating inthe final score of the student is at least score 60, and is defined by the formula:

R= (t+r1+r2)/3 × 0.6

Where t ongoing control

r1 first intermediate control,

r2 second intermediate control

Final control

Final control: integrated quiz, consisting of two stages:

1) Test,

2) Colloquium (verification of practical skills)

E= (1+2)/2 × 0.4

Where 1 score for Stage I of the quiz,

2 - score for Stage II of the quiz.

The final score includes the access rating and final control score:

I = R 0.6 + E 0.4

Where

I final score

R Access rating score

E Final control score(disciplinary quiz)

Final rating consists of 60% of access rating and 40% of final control score.

In the course of the discipline, the student must complete all Independent work of the student, and present five papers for checking. All 7 topics of the Independent work of the student are included in the final quiz. Independent work of the student with the teacher is not assessed.
