In the article the epistemological and theoretical problems of correlation of social order and social deviations are observed. There is a conclusion that social order and social deviation create indivisible pair when one term can be defined by another. Author analyzes general types and kinds of social deviations. There are viewed system and structural deviations that are obligatory addition and counterbalance of every order, and cyclic deviations that can be presented as uneven conditions of society or its certain sub-systems that can mean transition from the old to the new order. Author introduces several new terms to define different kinds of deviations depending on public opinion regarding official and mass informal evaluation of certain phenomena. To sum up, the historical gynaecological, organizational reasons of "blank fields" in Ukrainian sociology considering study of social deviations are analyzed.
