Object of work is the management of the enterprise joint-stock company "Cropotcins hlebocombinat". A subject of study is the control system of quality based on the analysis of elements of system of quality. The purpose of work - to improve existing system of quality for increase of competitiveness of let out production.
In the project the analysis of a condition of the enterprise is carried out (spent). The method of expert estimations appreciates functional quality of basic production. Is constructed econometric model, connecting the proceeds and expenses with functional quality. For construction and estimation of model the software Statgraphics Plus for Windows was used. The dependence of competitiveness of production on functioning system of quality is determined. The recommendations for improvement of existing system of quality are given through system of quality in conformity of the standards ISt) 9000.
The results are accepted to the item of information by a management of the enterprise.
The efficiency of the project is appreciated by an expert method.
