Great scientists of the past dreamed of such society organization where all inclinations and abilities of each person would find the maximum development in the human genius. In our opinion, that is what the happiness of human life consists of. In the modern world we have to choose more carefully fields where we can use all our talents.

Human potential is a set of the fundamental rights, abilities and opportunities of an individual, a level of development which realization increases (or reduces) efficiency of activity of society. Professional potential is a set of opportunities and abilities for development of professional activity, improvement in it. In other words, professional potential is the characteristic of the personality concentrating in professional knowledge and abilities, ability to realize them with an economic target, an inclusiveness in professional community, the social positions providing with it access to professional development. The social capital is resources of the social relations, their networks which facilitate actions of individuals thanks to formation of mutual trust, definition of mutual obligations and expectations, a formulation and establishment of social norms, formation of associations [1].

In development of the persons potential the concept market is defining. In modern society there are three main markets of the first order, twenty two additional markets (the markets of the second order), without considering the uncountable markets of the 3rd order in the world. And there are three main spheres of society activities: 1) population; 2) national education; 3) national economy. In the first of them a person is born; in the second becomes an adult full, or integral, a person; in the third works, creating socially useful products and creating itself. In each of these three main vital spheres there is the market the market of the first order. These are the markets: 1) the family and marriage; 2) educational services; 3) labor market.

Besides these three main markets of the first order in society there are twenty two markets of the second order where values of twenty two forms of culture are on sale and bought. For example: social and economic development of almost all new, young states, begins with sale of natural features of the country by them: unforgettable landscapes, amazing beaches, mysterious locks, etc., - today it is called as the tourism industry.

Versions of the market of the second order belong to the markets of the third order. It is known that for each form of culture in the country there is its characteristic market of the second order, for example the art market in this society. As a rule, within the market of this form of culture it is possible to allocate a number of the markets of the third order: for example, as a part of the market of the second order of a form of culture Art the markets of the third order - theater, music, painting, a sculpture, architecture, cinema and television, national crafts, circus and variety art, etc. very intensively function [5].

In conclusion it is necessary to tell that the dialectics of human life consists of need of correlation of individual inclinations to the cash market of this form of culture. A person has to not only possess a good deposit in art, for example in music, but to be able and become necessary for the market, musical in this case, in the country, in the society. And we see three stages of formation and development of the human capital: to turn the revealed deposit into ability or specific potential is one thing, to be able to find use of this potential in the real-life market of society is another one.
