Summary

The main reason of local climate change due to reduction of woods for expansion of agricultural activity that has led to a siccation of regions areas, destruction of soil fertility, shortage of water at the expense of disappearance of small water currents, and as consequence is to reduction of a biodiversity in these areas is considered in article.

The first fact of application endogenous innovation is shown by the author. It mean is restoration of the degraded lands and soils, restoration of small water currents and accordingly irrigation of areas using forest amelioration the rare valuable wood species, demanding preservation by creation of exclusive private wood farming through agroforestry.
