SUMMARY

 

The article revealsthe basic directions of educational work of Donbass teachers. Realizing that the question of the younger generationseducation is closely linked to the problems of formation and development of the state leadership and teachers are working on the formation of a long-term strategy for the education of youth. At the same time there is a need for teachers to apply to the existing historic and modern experience.

Teachers handling to the historical traditions of education due to the fact that the story it is a school, and there are no lessons that are more important than historical. The education of the younger generation is based onfolk pedagogy postulates and achievements of Soviet and modern pedagogy and psychology, which ensures continuity of connection between generations and the transmission of the historical socio-cultural experiences of the ancestorsto the youth.

The main task of Donbass teachers in the civil war is the creation of favorable conditions for the full development of each child, providing psychological and pedagogical support of this development, taking into account the historical traditions and modern realities. Teachers and educators priority attention is concentrated upon upbringing patriots, worthy citizens who are ready to work and defense of Donbass. Wide opportunities are created in the Republic for intellectual, moral, aesthetic and physical development of students.
