3. Policy of discipline. Studying discipline "Communicative skills", the student gets idea of the main regularities of psychology of the sick person (criterion of the normal, temporarily changed and painful mentality), psychology of the doctor (the medical worker), psychology of daily communication of the patient and the doctor, the psychological atmosphere of treatment-and-prophylactic establishments, has an opportunity of development of the creative psychological potential, forms integrative, complete medical and humanistic outlook, gains skills of effective establishment of mutual understanding and trust in the relations between the doctor and the patient, at the same time teachers of chair pursue the policy directed on expansion of an outlook, erudition and knowledge themselves.
Teachers of chair give opportunity to students to get acquainted and seize some simple most known kliniko-experimental methods of research of the psychopathological frustration, necessary in practical activities of the doctor.
The psychiatry and narcology chair in discipline studying communicative skills attaches special significance to observance of a subject matter of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION: obligatory existence of a scrub, replaceable footwear, visit of lectures and practical training with systematic preparation, performance of tasks on SRS and SRSP, ethic деонтологических standards of behavior, culture of communication in the medical environment. The students who are training on a course, are obliged to observe strictly the above norms in общении с коллегами, педагогами и пациентами клиники. При не соблюдении вышеуказанных норм к студентам будут применяться штрафные санкции, а также при двукратном опоздании на занятие на 15 минут и более, студенту выставляется «пропуск занятия по неуважительной причине», при lack of replaceable footwear – the 1st time is exposed "unsatisfactorily", for the 2nd time - "the admission of class in the disrespectful reason".
2. Program:
2.1 Introduction
Communicative skills are considered as an integral part of dodiplomny and postdegree medical education, continuous professional development and decision-making, and also interactions with colleagues and other experts involved in rendering the medical and social care are important for formation and support of relationship of the doctor with the patient, collecting and exchange of information.
The discipline program "Communicative skills-1" is directed on studying of the basic principles of effective communication with the patient, members of his family, colleagues that is important not only for understanding of a course of a disease of the patient as process, but also for understanding of thinking of the patient, his opinion, feelings and expectations and adoption of the best decision concerning each patient. Effective communication of the doctor and the patient promotes understanding the patient of the appointed inspection and treatment that allows to improve комплайенс (satisfaction of patients) and a state of health of patients.
Communicative competence is necessary for the doctor for successful interaction with colleagues and effective work in team of experts of health care for rendering the qualified medical care.
Communicative competence demands continuous development of skills of communication and continuous improvement of the acquired skills in the course of further training and professional activity.
Object of studying of discipline are the types of communication used by the doctor in professional activity and directed on ensuring its effective interaction with patients, relatives of patients, colleagues
2.2 Discipline purpose: formation and development of the skills necessary for effective communication of the doctor with patients, relatives of patients and colleagues in various situations (in the conditions of clinic, rendering the out-patient help and emergency medical service)
