Messages
When taking messages always make sure that:
o other people can understand the message easily
o other people can read your writing
o all information is accurate
o all abbreviations are clear to other people
o the message contains all the necessary information

Rosa: | Fine. Ill tell him when he comes in. Ill just repeat what you said to make sure Ive understood. Your name is Mrs Hunter and youll be coming to the hotel tomorrow at eight to the factory. |
