Annotation
Recently, often have to construct buildings and homes in dense urban areas, so the purpose of this work - the development of rational methods of construction of residential buildings in crowded conditions. Rational way to include the compact lay out of warehouses and temporary facilities at the construction site and the location of tower cranes. Cramped conditions - the conditions of building production, characterized in that in the area of the tower crane by operational buildings, roads, sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, and (or) other tower cranes. Cramped conditions of the existing urban development involve spatial barriers on the construction site and the adjacent territory. It is also possible to limit the width, length, height and depth dimensions of the work area and underground space, location of construction machinery and passage of vehicles, increasing construction, environmental, financial risk and, accordingly, increased security measures employed in the construction and production of the resident population.
