Intermediate control is carried out 2 times (on 100- score scale - a intermediate control) for one academic period within the same discipline at 8 and 15 rating weeks. At the studying of the discipline within 2 or 3 semesters the rating scores in the statements are set at the next 8 and 15 weeks of following academic periods, according to 4 or 6 of intermediate control.

The teacher determines the shape of the intermediate control (oral, writing, test).

Appendix 17 (continuation)

The first and second ratings are summarized after each intermediate control. Here,the first current and intermediate control determine the outcome of the first rating and the second current and intermediate control determine the outcome of the second rating. Each students rating assessment consists of current and intermediate control, it is defined as the arithmetic mean of the sum of current and intermediate control:

IC1 = Cc1 +Ic1 IC2 = Cc2 +Ic2

where: IC 1 the first rating control;

IC 2 the second rating control;

Cc 1/2 the first/ the second current control;

Ic 1/2 the first/ the second intermediatecontrol;

Results of the first and second rates are included in the rating list (Annex 1) no later than the week Monday after rating.

Assessment of admission rating is defined as the arithmetic mean of the sum of the two ratings and percentage is determined by the following formula:

Rav = RC1+RC2

where: Iav average rating score;

RC 1/2 the first/ the second rating control

The final control (examination) is conducted in written, oral, test or combined forms.

The form and procedure of the exam (final control) for each subject is set within one month from the beginning of the academic period by the decision of the Academic Council of the University.

The establishment of an integrated exam in two or more subjects are allowed at the test form compliance with the principle of their core and affinity.

To the final control are permitted only those students who do not have academic debts on prerequisites and have an admission rating at least of 50% average rating.

After completion of the examination in each discipline the student is put the final assessment, which includes the positive ratings (50% and above) of rated access and total control.

Assessment of current progress is 70% from the final knowledge assessment on the discipline and an examination mark is 30% from the final assessment on the discipline:

FA = Rav 0,7 + FC 0,3

where: FA final assessment;

Rav average rating score;

FC final control.

The examination results are included by a teacher in the examination sheet on the day of the exam.

The student who does not agree with the results of assessment admission rating and / or final control, has the right to file an appeal no later than the next day after issuing the rating and / or the exam. At the same time after each rating if the student agrees with his scores, then he signs in the statements "was examined" and this is the reason for the refusal in his appeal.

For retaking of positive assessment on the final control with a view to improve, the student attend all kinds of training lessons provided by the working curriculum on the given discipline, receives the admission and pass the final control. Retaking the exam from "unsatisfactory" mark to positive is conducted in the same rule. The rating scale is based on the score-rating letter system.
