Corruption as a social and economic phenomenon accompanies development of human society and the state over the whole of its history, being an incurable disease of mankind. The bearer of corruption is a man with his inner world, his personal and psychological qualities. Corruption is provoked by created conditions that block the business and prevent a human to live normally.
