The civil procedural right is among fundamental areas of legal knowledge and is one of main subject matters of legal higher educational institutions.
Subject of knowledge of the given training course are the norms of the right regulating public relations, arising at administration of justice on civil cases in the courts of law, protection of the subjective rights of citizens defining an order and the organizations, and also legal categories, scientific views and concepts, characteristic for a science of a civil procedural right.
The science of a civil procedural right develops problems of protection of interests of citizens in sphere of civil-law relations. In a modern society when there are developments of the Russian statehood, a recognition of a priority of human rights and the citizen, formation of a civil society.
The basic place in a civil procedural right is occupied with the judicial form of protection subjective and mastering by students judicial and other forms are sewn up the subjective rights - a necessary condition of formation of the future judges, public prosecutors, lawyers, legal advisers, notaries.
