Britney Betrayed!
BRITNEY SPEARS shady former manager and constant. companion is shopping an explosive tell-all book that could prove to be a devastating setback for the pop princess, sources tell Star. Although a restraining order against self-proclaimed producer Sam Lutfi has expired, Britney has made it clear that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by him, her attorney Samuel D. Ingham III declares. But it appears that Lutfi, 33, could have the last word! Star has learned that hes plotting a sensational expose, which industry experts say could earn him millions. What will he spill? Sources say hes ready to drop never-before-heard bombshells about sex and drugs and offer a unique intimate peek inside the 26-year-old singers shocking meltdown earlier this year.
STRIPPING AND DOING LINES
Sam said he once dragged Britney out of a cocaine party, says a source. She was doing so many lines, she didnt even know where she was. She was stripping in the living room while doing lines with three guys who had sex on their minds.
Sam also said that after Britney went to court for driving without a license and couldnt drive her children around anymore, she went into a rage, the source continues. She broke almost every piece of glass in her home and said she wanted to cut herself.

But while Lutfi paints himself as Britneys white knight during her darkest hours, friends and family tell a very different story. Insiders describe him as a manipulative, slimy worm who once controlled every aspect of her life, including doling out medication.
His grip was finally broken when Britneys father; Jamie Spears, became her court-ordered conservator, and Lutfi was banned from contacting her.
KEEPING BRITNEY SAFE
Jamies conservatorship has just been extended until Dec. 31, and Lutfi, who denies hes writing a book, would have a tough time getting anywhere near Britney on her fathers watch. But a family insider tells Star that everyone is still wary of the wily manipulator and worry about the potential harm he could cause Britney. Some family members even believe that when Britney was having her breakdowns, Lutfi set her up for possibly damning photos, hoping to profit from them later.
