Объяснение способа воздействия супружеской терапии при сексуальных расстройствах

 

Воздействие ориентированной на пару сексуальной терапии по типу Sensate Focus базируется на системном определении проблемы и соответственно вовлечении в терапию обоих партнеров, благодаря чему можно выстроить и укрепить взаимопонимание, диадные синергии, взаимную поддержку и сотрудничество партнеров. Скрытые ожидания и нормы по поводу сексуального поведения партнера разбиваются ясными и открытыми правилами, и становится возможным свободное, непринужденное, не сконцентрированное на оргазме сексуальное поведение. Освобождение от давления повинности и вынужденных взаимоотношений благодаря высокой структурированности (активная и пассивная роль, положение сзади и спереди и т. д.) и поэтапному построению тренинга делает возможным поисковые, безбоязненные сексуальные эксперименты, при которых сенсорные ощущения доминируют над ориентированным на оргазм сексуальным поведением. Пошаговая стратегия на каждом этапе предоставляет удобный случай для переживания успеха и тем самым для построения ожидания самоэффективности. Благодаря тому что сексуальное поведение больше не связано с ранее типичными переживаниями неудачи (например, в случае ускоренной эякуляции) и благодаря структурированным рамкам, происходит переучивание этого аверсивного опыта и возникают новые, сенсорно позитивные переживания. Уравновешенная, четко распределяющая роли программа к тому же дает возможность приобрести опыт равноценности и редуцирует доминантность и завышенные требования в отношениях. Благодаря тому что после тренировки партнерам предлагается поговорить друг с другом об этом опыте, обсудить желания и интимные потребности и дать обратную связь, партнеры совершенствуют коммуникацию в смысле самораскрытия и закладывают тем самым краеугольный камень для адекватного коммуникативного обмена в отношениях.
