METHOD OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE moving objects based on technology PARALLEL SHEAR FOR MATRIX DISCRETE STRUCTURES

This paper considers and investigates a modified method of effective tracking of the trajectory of the object image. This paper is put the problem of analyzing the boundary projection image of an object and its area, which significantly reduces the number of operations and characteristic features, and improves system performance. It uses the technology of parallel shift of the image, which can improve performance. The method that is proposed is also based on the method of evaluating the six projections based on Radon transform, which allows to determine the moving part of the image. To determine the cells that make up the movement and recorded area of the visual scene that moves, using a modified method is implemented on the cellular automata with hexagonal coverage. This method allows to determine the six projections on which the determination of the structure of the field that moves. The method allows to determine the moving parts considering those cells that do not change their own state in neighboring frames.
