Congenital clubfoot is about 35.8 % of all the congenital diseases in the musculoskeletal system. Untreated congenital clubfoot is a severe debilitating disease.
one of the most important orthopedic problem in pediatrics is the search of more effective treatment of patients with congenital clubfoot.
Traditionally, they use cast in treatment of equine-Cavo-varus congenital clubfoot, and when this approach is not effective enough they perform surgical methods such as operation by Zacepin, Shturm's and other
methods.
