Annotation

 

 

Background research. To date, the development of genetic engineering has reached a level that made ​​it not only the real productive force, but also a major threat. On the one hand, the use of GMOs enables to solve a number of problems provides the benefits of their implementation, such as agriculture. The other - the introduction of GMO implies the need to ensure the public that these technologies are not zapodiyuvatymut harm to human health and the environment.

The object of research is the study of genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

The study examined research is the negative and positive aspects of genetically modified organisms and the direction of propagation of GMOs in Ukraine and abroad.

The aim of the research is to highlight the properties of genetically modified ingredients and their effects.

Research consists of an introduction, six chapters, a conclusion and a list of references.

Key words used in the work: genetically modified organisms, food, risks transgenes, genetic engineering.
