2. You pay in advance for the workshops and the tender in the amount of 50% to 100% (at the CBR exchange rate on the day of payment + 1.5% + bank transfer commission). If you pay in installments you pay the remainder of the fee for the workshops and the hotel not later than 1 June.
Remember that depending on the date of prepayment varies cost workshops. When registering after May 1, it is possible only 100% prepayment for master classes and participate in the competition.
3. After payment and confirmation of registration you send photos and a soundtrack (as any instrument) e [email protected]

REGISTRATION FOR ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS:
1. You submit a separate application form on our e-mail. address [email protected]
The application must include:
Info or independent artist (name, name of the head, phone, email).
Full name, passport details and contact person who will make the payment on behalf of the group.
The data of all persons establishing themselves with the arrangement of numbers (full name, date of birth in full, arrival, departure date, number of nights, room category, food).
2. You get a confirmation from us armor and information on the method and timing of payment.
3. You make 100% payment for hotel accommodation is not fully later than 3 working days after confirmation. Only after making 100% advance payment, booking is considered complete.
ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL
Pre-paying master classes and competitions, you guarantee their participation in the festival.
Return payment at your refusal to participate in the festival is carried out in the following amounts:
Until May 1 - 70% until July 20 - 50% of the total participation.
After July 20 - there is no return (assignment of rights enabled 3m people)!
If the documentary evidence of force majeure returns 100% of the net transfer fee.
OTHER CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL
- The administration of the festival is not responsible for items left unattended.
- The rights to the photo and video belong to the organizer of the festival. Photo and video shooting is permitted only with the written permission of the organizer. Photo and video shooting with a tripod and a professional camera is prohibited in any case.
- In master-classes photo and video shooting is only allowed at the end of workshops, participants can take video of each other.
- All participants - heads of groups can advertise their school (brochures, flyers).
- All participants of the festival, as well as accompanying staying in the hotel of the festival agree with the festival and perform all of its terms and conditions.
