This work is devoted to design special cutting designs of instruments. Completed corrective calculation of the profile prismatic shaped cutter, to construct a design model and drawing tool. Designed the broach for the production of the key seating width 4,0B12 mm. Calculated structural parameters and made working drawing the milling cutter having a modulus m = 2,0 mm, the shape of the head of the tooth - without modification, the accuracy class .
