Summary
So, sources of totalitarianism "are concealed" in human nature, in effect its inner world. Even today we have rather wide circulation of this phenomenon only in smaller scales: in the form of religious, and called, totalitarian sects.
And while it won't change sufficiently, during proceeding Evolution, totalitarian tendencies again and will threaten again to society. There will be classes, layers, elite, the "groups", seeking to usurp the power with old as the world, the purposes for satisfaction of self-interest and ambition.
The mankind, apparently, probably even is inevitable, has to have this illness. This distorted, perverted form of true health, such when the unity at variety and a free will is reached.
Also as one of theses in "justification" it would be desirable to cite the large western scientist-social scientist, the English historian and the culturologist, A.Toynbee: "The history is moved by elite, creative minority, the carrier of "a vital rush"
And the history has property to repeat, and, as before, to establishment new totalitarian, or authoritative modes, the same pretexts need of establishing order will be used. And it will be clear when degree of chaos will reach known limits. And so, around, as Platon spoke still, we risk again will return to the same point.
