My topic is entitled Advantages and disadvantages of jury trial. At this point Id like to give you a short overview of my presentation.
First, I am going to speak about the main advantages jury trial: The jury composed of a diverse and unbiased group of people can lend some definite advantages to a person being tried for crime. For example, in the unlikely instance that a single judge would be unfairly biased against the defendant, there would be much less than a chance of all the jurors being biased. Unfair bias was what the trial by the jury system was originally invented to prevent.
Then, I will address the issue of the disadvantages of jury trial:
One disadvantage of a trial by jury is that jurors may not have any legal experience and may believe which ever lawyer sounds the most convincing and persuasive, which may also mean many of the jurors might not think straight and follow the rest of the crowd instead of actually putting an effort forward to explain why they choose the verdict.
I will conclude by looking at the fact that jury trial is a very important institute of judiciary and the members of the jury are people with no legal experience, but people with rich life experience, which can be useful in any trial.

First Im going to speak about different kinds of lies.
Then, Ill address the issue of acceptability of justifying liars.
Ill conclude by looking at spotting liars.
To lie is to hold something which one knows is not the whole truth to be the whole truth, intentionally. But lie can be different. The biology of lie can be different and people tell a lie for different reasons. Some of them want to make profit by it, to reach better status in society, other does it just because they cant not to lie. Such people are chronic liars and it must be treat as alcoholism, drug-addiction or other mental diseases. No doubt, that lie is bad, but in different situation it can change. Sometimes its much better to lie than to say a truth. Very often people lie to rescue other. There are a lot of examples when doctors didnt say truth to their patients about serious illnesses and it helped them to live without stress or even to go on the mend. This case can be named A lie for a benefit. This emergency lie or lie for a benefit can be justified.
There is another part of lying. We can say that lie became an essential part of our life. Every day we meet a lot of people and we can be sure they lie. During the day a person tell small lies dozens times. The main point is that everybody lies. Nevertheless, if you dont want to deal with a lair you can easily spot him. Liars strongly believe that nothing can give them away, but his or her body tells the opposite! A liar is stumbling over the words, he`s fidgeting and nervous. His hands won`t stay still and his palms are probably sweaty as well! He seems to be smiling, but the smile doesn`t reach his eyes ant there is some tension at the bottom part of his face. What is more, pay attention to his body language! If you notice some protection gestures there`s no doubt: he`s lying! These small recommendations will help you to smoke out a lair. But you should be careful with it if you want to lie

Ill conclude by looking at my opinion (at some general phrases).
Advertising play important part in our lives, advertising influences on the way we see the world and shape of our views. The main source of news for millions of people is advertising: we can get a lot of information from it, for example about some important events, about new modern goods and so on. Nowadays you can see advertising everywhere: on TV, Internet, billboards. ITs not a surprise that advertising influences on a very large audience.
Different advertisements help people to make their choice. For example everybody knows The New Year advertisement of Coca Cola. This advertisement not only promotes this good, it creates easy and cheerful atmosphere. Even people, who dont like this drink, they want to buy it, to feel the holiday is coming. There is another example to prove the fact that advertising promotes goods successfully. I think that you have probably noticed that only beautiful and attractive woman promote cosmetics. For example, Eva longoria promotes a famous Label LOreal. Everybody wants to be as beautiful as celebrities. Thats why women buy goods from advertisements.
To sum it up, as for me advertising helps us to get some new information, it even broad our minds, because we can get knowledge about new places, new or modern goods, and many other things.
