7 sour apples

5 eggs

80 gm yeast

2 cups milk

cream

Add a small amount of warm milk to the yeast.

Pour half the flour into it and leave it in a warm

place to let the dough rise. Bake the apples in the

paste. Mix the apple paste with the dough, add

1kg fresh mushrooms

0.5 cup vinegar

0.5 cup olive oil

56 fresh garlic cloves, sliced

1 tablespoon salt

1 dash allspice

 

1 Wash mushrooms and cut into halves or thick

slices.

2 Cover with water and boil for at least 30 min

utes.

3 Drain, keeping 1 cup juice.

4 Add everything else to the juice, pour back on

top of mushrooms, and bring to the boil again.

5 Cook about 5 minutes more.

6 Cool and refrigerate.
