Recent intensive development of business undertakings in our country and creation of joint enterprises caused the growth of the number of establishing of external economic and scientific-technical links with foreign companies.

Any business-like co-operation pre-supposes constant information exchange. Despite introduction and development of such means of communication like tealeaf, telex, e-mail, letter is still the most available and reliable means of intercourse.

Correspondence with a partner is an important part of any business. Concluding a profitable treaty, getting a job or congratulating with anniversary of the company it is necessary to know how to write a business letter.
