ABSTRACT
The teaching materials on the course Family law are designed for 4th year students of the Bachelors Program in Jurisprudence. Full-time program. Language of the program Russian. The teaching materials are written in Russian.
These teaching materials on the course are developed in accordance with the curriculum of the educational program under the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education (FSES HPE) 030900.62 (Bachelor's degree), approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (December 21, 2009. 750).
The contents of the teaching materials on the course are based on modern science and educational practice and reflects the author's approach to the subject matter.
The content of the course covers the following range of issues: the concept and sources of family law, family relationship, the realization and protection of family rights, the marriage relationship, the legal status of parents and children, alimony obligations of parents, children and other family members, rearing methods of children deprived of parental care, application of family code of the Russian Federation for relations with participation of foreign persons and stateless persons, as well as the reform of the family law.
The teaching materials on the course provide extensive use of active, creative and interactive lessons, combined with private study in order to create and develop the professional skills of the students.
The total number of the courses credits 4 credits (144 hours).
