Abstract
The theme of working with information in different companies nowadays is very important and it requires constant attention and permanent development of new methods of working with information in this area and protection support of the company in the sphere of the documentation and stable working of the software and hardware. This system of the company has a complex hierarchy and its functionality can be damaged by three main factors: human, hardware and software. In this report we will consider the examples which can happen in these situations.
