User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) Developer
Mission:
In our User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) Developer, we are seeking smart, creative and intuitive developer responsible for the architecture, design and development of highly interactive and well-designed Website and mobile applications.
Responsibilities include:
learn how to effectively gather requirements and suggestions from our operations team
visualize and implement an exciting and successful user experience for our clients end users
analyze, anticipate and improve end users experience on TOPYX
Required skills include:
Master degree preferred or an undergraduate degree in liberal arts or other related fields
Successful candidates will possess a firm understanding of the following technologies:
o HTML
o CSS
o JavaScript
extensive project management skills
team management skills
experienced in or willing to learn the:
o user-centered design process
o principals of user interface design and scalable dynamic graphical user interface (GUI)
possess an innate sense of how people perceive and interact with a Web-based application
comfortable with an iterative design process that includes accepting and managing feedback, as well as constructive criticism
a strong balance of creativity and technical prowess
experience in Web design and development
stay abreast of new and emerging Web application technologies and practices.
strong desire to work on challenging, interesting high-profile projects, involving Web development, mobile application /Site Development and social media development.
high energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred experience includes:
possess a firm understanding of the following technologies:

Or an emergency develops that requires service over the weekend. We value our support to our clients and the right person for this position will as well.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter, with plenty of initiative, always looking for ways to improve TOPYX and supporting our clients. You must be a team oriented individual and embraces effective communication to all teammates and comfortable working in a virtual environment.
A passion for new technological and client support advancements is a must in this role as is a desire for our Company to be winners in a competitive marketplace. You must enjoy multitasking throughout the day and be adaptable to lots of change. As TOPYX rapidly develops, an ability to track changes is a key to the work required.
The position will report to our Senior Software Architect.
