  • Women have a right to a pension at the age of 55 and men at 65.

  • There are allowances paid to elderly people. Retired people can get a salary or a wage and still receive their pension in full.

A system approach, developed on the basis of this idea, allows to show the inner relations within this or that set of phenomena.   In regard to language teaching a system is considered a totality of the major components of a teaching process, which include teaching approaches, purposes and goals, content, principles, process, means, organizational forms of education. Educational purposes have a dominant role in the teaching system; their formation is influenced by the environment and they are teachers and methodologist response to the social order: what to teach and how to teach on the lessons of foreign language. The system functions as a teaching process, which is its base unit. Among the most important features of a system are functionality, complexity, openness, adaptability.   There are contact and distant, active and informative, contextual and extra contextual, intuitive and conscious, teacher-centered and learner-centered education.   The concept of a teaching profile is used to designate the language teaching pattern which characterize the special features of the organizations of educational process in this educational institution. Activities within this or that profile should reflect the learners needs for a foreign language taking into account their future specialty or vocational guidance.   The school profile ensures mastering the language at base and threshold levels, gives an opportunity to practice the language in elementary standard communicative situations and provides a solid base for the further studying at an institute of higher education.
