The purpose of activity is to identify the main problems associated with the development of transactional business in the commercial banks and the development of recommendations for the formation of the bank's activities, adequate crisis in the economy.

Object of research is a commercial bank.

The subject of the research is the transactional products, their content, quality, cost.

During research the following methods were applied: ways of a grouping and comparison, graphic and analytical methods.
