List of documents to prepare

- A resume and a cover letter indicating your interest in taking part in this Summer school
- A scanned copy of your passport

Selection criterias
- Accuracy of your cover letter
- Academic background in relation to the programme
- The university or school you are currently attending: a priority will be given to students coming from one of our partner institutions
- Date of the application
Selection results
- 20 students will be selected, but depending on the quality of other applications, a waiting list will be established
- Successful applicants will have to confirm their application and send:
- Train transfer choice for week 2
- Proof of health insurance certificate (according to your home country: E.111, E.128, - - European Health Insurance, Private Insurance) will be required
- Authorisation for the use of my image document to be completed
- 1 photograph
Please note that selection results will be sent to you by email around mid-April.
Fees
- Tuitions fees: 1000 to be paid on May 15th 2014 at the latest
- Housing fees:Please refer to application form regarding housing fees in Paris, Rennes and Dijon. Please note that housing fees are to be paid on June 5th at the latest for students wishing to stay at our residence hall during week 1 in Paris
N.B.: make sure you contact your local French Embassy or Consulates regarding visa

Trains options will be sent to you directly by email by the organisation team once you have been accepted to the programme.
Please note that successful participants will have to leave Paris on Sunday July 6th at the latest and Rennes and Dijon on Saturday July 12th.
