PROCESS - of INFLUENCE ON ENGAGED SPORTSMEN of the HIGH CLASS
At the initial stage of experiment with each participant have revealed:
1. vital capacity easy;
2. quantity(amount) of breaths and exhalations one minute in rest;
3. quantity(amount) of breaths and exhalations at loading of the submaximal and maximal capacity;
4. ventilation in rest is determined and at loadings of various capacity;
5. have defined(determined) consumption of oxygen (V2) and allocation of carbonic gas (V2) in exhaled air one minute at loading of the submaximal capacity;
6. have defined(determined) the maximal consumption of oxygen ();
7. have defined(determined) feedback of oxygen to fabrics at loadings of the maximal capacity.
Consumption of oxygen (V2) and allocation of carbonic gas (V2) in exhaled air defined(determined) with use of a gas analyzer "-2" (Germany).
The gas structure and parameters of the -basic condition blood defined(determined) micromethod with use of microgas analyzer -1 (Denmark). Defined(determined): a pressure(voltage) of oxygen (2), 2 (2), . The maintenance(contents) of hemoglobin () defined(determined) a method.
As a result of testing there were received initial data (see the table ¹ 1). The initial data have helped to calculate necessary parameters of the specialized masks, for creation of gas mixes.
The table ¹ 1 Average indices of external breath at tested group of sportsmen (man)
Parameters | Intervals of sizes |
Volume of breath in rest, ml | 700-1000 |
Reserve volumes of a breath and exhalation, | 45-48 % |
Reserve of breath, % | 90-92 % |
Minute volume of breath, | 5,2-10 |
The maximal ventilation easy, ½/mines | 150-200 |
Vital capacity easy, | 3,5-5,3 |
Consumption of oxygen, ml / mines | 280-350 |
Allocation of carbonic gas, ml / mines | |
The maximal consumption of oxygen of ml / ú/¼¿¡ | 25-28 |
Feedback of oxygen to fabrics at loading at 170-190 Òñ/mines | 90-92 % |
Hemoglobin | 150-160 |

As a result of the carried out(spent) influences with use of " dead breath in various modes of impellent activity have received the following results. Influence was carried out(spent) in two stages:
1. Adaptable. It was carried out in rest during 7 days.
2. The worker. Models competitive activity with use - in various impellent modes (the maximal, submaximal capacity). It was carried out during 16-18 days (about 30 days it is possible to support a condition of high serviceability of an organism). The effect keeps 5-6 days, then there comes recession.
