CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION FOR THE COMPETITION:
1. Applications for participation in competition and demonstration will only be accepted with the registration at workshops.
2. Each participant of the festival can apply for a performance in 5 solo nominations (including demonstrations), if he will take workshop set only.
3. If participant will not take workshop set, participation is possible only in the 2 solo or demonstrations.
4. Registration for the competition and demonstration on a party may be if participant will take 3 workshops or more. For dance groups: all members of the group must pay for participation in 1 workshop or more.
5. Number of participants in the categories is limited!
OTHER IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:
1. Nominations may be combined with other if this nomination has 3 participants only.
2. A competitor may not compete with itself in the same category.
3. Participants cant use knives, apons and their dummies, animals, open fire, elements of strip dance.
4. Repetition to the orchestra will not be, but instead will be some workshops to prepare for the competitions (for adults it is one of international workshop, which everybody can select in to the set or can be purchased as an additional workshop. For children and juniors it will be a separate workshop, which will not included in to the sey and must be extra paid as workshop with Russian teachers).
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION:
To the CD:
One solo nomination - $ 25 (With the purchase of any Set - $ 15)
One duet nomination - $ 10 (With the purchase of any Set - $ 5) per person.
One group nomination - $ 10 (With the purchase of any Set - $ 5) per person.
To the Egyptian orchestra:
One nomination - $ 35 (With the purchase of any package - $ 25)
1 $ = 1 USD at the exchange rate ruling in Russia at the date of payment + 1.5% + a bank commission for transfer.
ENTRY TICKETS FOR SPECTATORS:
400 rubles for the whole day of the competition.
Admission to all evening events at the festival - 4000 rubles.
For hotel guests discount on festival tickets 10% (subject to purchase tickets the day of arrival).
Participants and accompanying, self-organizing their accommodation, lack of discounts and purchase tickets on general grounds.
Visiting the evening activities, all participants (including speakers), and guests of the festival are required to put on show "bracelet" matching color or a ticket.

CONCERTS
There are 3 spectacular events on the festival for the participants and all the other viewers who are interested in oriental dance and music. Opening and closing of the festival is accompanied by a big gala concert with participation of stars of Belly Dance. Performers at the opening and closing are different. Also a real oriental party-concert is held in one of the days of the Festival. Tickets can be purchased at the festival organizing committee, or buy at the entrance is subject to availability.

GALA-SHOW OPENING -Exciting opening of the festival with the participation of the Egyptian orchestra, international stars and leading belly dance teams of Russia and neighboring countries. ticket - 1000 rubles.
TEACHERS PARTY -Real oriental party-concert with demonstration performances of the festival teachers and oriental disco with the participation of the Egyptian orchestra. ticket - 800 rubles.
FINAL GALA-SHOW -Enchanting final gala-show with the participation of the Egyptian orchestra, international stars and leading belly dance teams of Russia and neighboring countries. ticket - 1000 rubles
PERFORMANCE ON THE PARTY
For all participants of the Festival we organize a festive party in Egyptian style. With availability participants can not only dance in the Eastern disco, but also to perform their dance on stage to the CD or Egyptian orchestra.
To the Egyptian ORCHESTRA:
The organizers of the contest will be given a list of songs to choose. The name of the composition must write during registering on the site.
To the CD:
Timing demonstration performances - up to 3 minutes;
Phonograms for statements immediately after passing the registration on the site should be sent to the post office [email protected] by 15 August. During the festival, is necessary to have duplicate music on USB.
