the place of receipt for transport and delivery as mentioned above. All particulars (weight,
measure, marks, numbers, quantity, contents, value etc.) thereof being as stated by the
Merchant but unknown to the Carrier.
The contract evidenced by this Bill of Lading is subject to the exceptions, limitations
Conditions and liberties set out in the Bill of Lading-2.4.˔, adopted by the Soviet
Maritime Law Association.
Carriage under this Bill of Lading shall have effect subject to the provisions of
Merchant Shipping Code of the USSR, 1968 or the Hague Rules contained in the

Daily demurrage International Convention for the Unification of certain rules relating to Bills of Lading,
Rate (ad. cl. ) dated Brussels 24 th August, 1924 or the Hague Rules as amended by the Protocol signed
at Brussels on the 23 rd February, 1963 (The Hague-Visby Rules). In respect of shipments
to which no such legislation is compulsorily applicable the terms of the Hague Rules shall
apply.
A copy of the Bill of Lading-2.4.˔ may be inspected or will be supplied on
Request at the office of the Carrier or the Carriers Principal agents.
In witness whereof the number of original Bills of Lading stated below have been
signed all of this tenor and date one of which being accomplished, the others to be void.
