У магістерській дипломній роботі удосконалені теоретико-методичні підходи до формування поточних витрат гірничого підприємства в умовах ризику.

Упорядкована систематизація основних видів ризиків формування поточних витрат підприємства у розрізі ризику, генерованого зовнішніми і внутрішніми чинниками його діяльності. Доповнені методичні підходи щодо оцінювання дії зовнішніх факторів ризику.

На основі виконаної діагностики витратності базового підприємства ідентифіковано її основні резерви та їх обумовленість факторами ризику. Встановлено недосконалість організаційно-методичних підходів до управління поточними витратами досліджуваного підприємства, відсутність багатоваріантності формування витрат.

В роботі запропоновано концептуально новий підхід до формування поточних витрат гірничого підприємства, що базується на попередній діагностиці дії факторів ризику, прогнозуванні їх значень для умов майбутнього розвитку підприємства і моделюванні потенційно можливих ситуацій розвитку підприємства з урахуванням перспектив розвитку галузевого ринку. Побудовано ринкові моделі формування поточних витрат ВАТ «ІнГЗК» в умовах очікуваного ризику. Визначено та оцінено розмір втрат, які несе ВАТ «ІнГЗК» внаслідок дії зовнішніх чинників ризику та розроблено комплекс управлінських заходів щодо їхньої мінімізації.

Theoretical-methodical approaches to the formation of current expenditures of a mining enterprise in the conditions of risk are improved in the diploma work of master’s degree.

Systematization of the main kinds of risks of the formation of current expenditures of an enterprise from the point of view of risk generated by external and internal factors of its activity is put in order. Methodical approaches to the estimation of effect of risk’s external factors are added.

On the basis of made diagnostics of expenditures of a basic enterprise their basic reserves and their stipulation by factors of risk are identified. Imperfectness of organizational-methodical approaches to the management of current expenditures of the researched enterprise, absence of many variants of expenditure formation is set up.

A conceptually new approach to the formation of current expenditures of a mining enterprise based on the previous diagnostics of effect of risk’s factors, forecasts of their importance for the conditions of future development of an enterprise and modeling potentially possible situations of enterprise development taking into account the perspectives of the development of the market of a branch of industry is proposed in the work. Market models of the formation of current expenditures of open joint-stock company “Inguletskyi mining-concentrating combine” in the conditions of expected risk are built. The size of losses, which open joint-stock company “Inguletskyi mining-concentrating combine” suffers owing to the effect of external factors of risk, is determined and estimated and the complex of managerial measures of their minimization is worked out.
