Final qualifying work related to the problem of personnel motivation management of modern enterprises. The relevance of this research topic due to the fact that in modern conditions of development of the world economy in General and the Russian economy in particular, one of the most important factors for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises is the availability of skilled manpower.
The object of study in the final qualifying work are public relations arising in the process of personnel management of JSC "Gazprombank".

The subject of research is the control system of motivation of employees of JSC "Gazprombank".
The purpose of the study the final qualifying work is to develop recommendations on the management motivation of the personnel on the example of JSC "Gazprombank".
Final qualifying work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of used sources.
The first section considers the theoretical aspects of personnel motivation system, carried out a study of the major theories of motivation.
The second section includes analysis of the system of motivation and evaluation of the degree of satisfaction of the personnel of the investigated enterprise JSC "Gazprombank"
The third section presents the main directions and activities of the program of motivation of employees of JSC "Gazprombank" LLC, the economic efficiency of the proposed measures.
In conclusion, the main findings of the final qualifying work.
The volume of the qualification work is 90 pages. Illustrative material includes 10 figures, 15 tables, 5 appendices. List of references submitted 50 names.
