ANNOTATION

Rogoza V.S. Adaptive methods for investigating of the microelectronic arrangements by models with parameters.- Manuscript.

Magister qualification paper by speciality 05.13.02 - mathematical modeling in the scientific investigations.- Ternopil State Technical Ivan Puluj University, Electronic Apparatus and Computer Systems Department, Biotechnial Systems Chair. Ternopil, 2007.

The paper is devoted to desing frontier topics that are connected with the development of the complicate technical apparatus (as the latter there is treated a class of integrated circuits with bipolar and MOS transistors). A new direction in mathematical modeling is elaborated which based on the concept of the complicate system model object decomposition. There is established that an incapsulation (unification of models and operations with them in category "class") on each level of IC multistage design makes possible to realise a versatile computer aided design of complicate technical systems. The constructive system and numerical methods of analysis of such systems and the direct methods of synthesis of their macromodels are proposed, the high effectiveness of them is slated by using of theoretical investigations and reinforced by illustrative examples. The results of the work have found an industrial utility in the design of the new types of integrated circuits with enhanced technical characteristics.

Key words: mathematical modeling, integrated circuits, incapsulation, analysis, synthesis, numerical methods.
