HUMAN RIGHTS AS A SUBJECT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE

Human rights - is a multidimensional phenomenon that is in the field of research of various social sciences and humanities, regarded as the theoretical and practical levels, related to the study of standards and mechanisms for their implementation in general. The main contribution to the conceptualization of human rights have, as you know, philosophy and law, and which is on the leading positions in the scientific discourse on the subject now. But none of the conceptual approaches can not be considered the only true by virtue of diversity and complexity of the problem under investigation.

The article deals with current issues of human rights research from the point of view of political science, focusing on the close relationship of this phenomenon with such key categories of political science, as "politics" and "political power" and derived concepts. The author tries to understand the human rights, as a significant component of political theory.
