PARTICIPATION OF JUVENILES IN GANGS
The article is devoted of consideration of a problem of a participation of minors organized criminal groups. The reasons of such participation, principal kinds crimes which are made by minors directly a part of such criminal groups being from them in direct dependence are studied. Ways of the decision of this problem are offered.
