The structure of emotional disturbances is analyzed from the two- component model of emotions which considers emotions as a unify of reflected object content (object-related component) and as emotional experience properly (affective component). It was established that in patients suffered from paranoid schizophrenia the object-related component of both positive and negative emotions is disturbed: significant object-related attributes are ignored and insignificant attributes are used as emotional properly. It was found that connection of the object component with affective one is too labile. The affective component of positive emotions is disturbed more than one of negative emotions. The changes in positive emotions demonstrate deficiency; the changes in negative emotions are specific - their increasing frequency is accompanied with intensity and activating influence diminution.
