Annotation
The purpose of the research. The study of the state of crime in Kazakhstan during post-Soviet period for later analysis and to identify actual problems and methods of their solutions.
The hypothesis of the research is to form representation about features of crime in Kazakhstan with a purpose of its eradication.
The stages of the research.
1. Study of instruments of crime in Kazakhstan in the period from 1992 to 2012;
2. Identify the causes and trends of crime in the country;
3. Study of the methods of crime prevention, used by legal institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4. Formation of conclusions based on the research.
The experimental procedure. To achieve this purpose, to create a full compilation of materials about crime, an analysis, a suggestion to improve the situation in the republic.
The results and conclusions.
1. Analyzed data of the state of crime and ways prevent it, to create the most complete representation of the citizens about the crime situation in Kazakhstan.
2. Compiled a brief overview about the features of crime in the country.
3. An assessment of the work done by the state in the various programs.
Practical use.
The information is written in clear, simple language so that anyone can understand, it inform the population of Kazakhstan about the state of crime and present actions carried out by legal institutions, which may lead to improved public trust in law enforcement officers and the formation of "zero tolerance" offenses. As well, this information can be used in law enforcement actions conducted by legal institutions with children of any age, as officers often use not kid-friendly language, they use different terms and words that leads either to misunderstanding, or to ignorance by children. Another advantage of the use of common words is a significant simplification of the translation process. According to this we can say that the project has a great scope.
