Annotation. The article revealed that the labor co-operation in agriculture in modern conditions is related to the production specialization on the scale of a separate closed economy (LPH, KFH, sole proprietorship) and from the viewpoint of the level of socialization of production it appears as a simple form of cooperation, as well as is implemented in the form of large-scale forms of economic activity on the basis of association parts of material and financial and human resources of various agricultural forms of management that is reflected in the complex form of agricultural cooperatives.

Introduction. The development of agro-industrial complex (AIC) of the country is largely achieved by providing scientific that correspond to contemporary requirements of conduct of the proceedings on the basis of innovation in all sectors of the agrarian economy. An innovative approach to the development of agricultural production contributes to the further rise of the rural economy, improvement of the efficiency of agricultural production and the solution of problems of food security of the country. All this requires the development of economic science and the introduction of progressive forms of management on the basis of the obtained new theoretical and practical knowledge in view of the modernization of all branches of agriculture. Studies indicate that production in co-production is directly related to agricultural resources, where in most cases their owners work. This factor facilitates the formation mechanism of combining the interests of agricultural enterprises and private households, combining their objectives in the field of production, processing, product sales.

In the long term the process of cooperation will be distributed to the activities of private farms (LPH), private (peasant) farms (PFs) and other forms of economic activity. This is due to the fact that the growth of marketability and production sizes in individual households will have certain limits - on the one hand, by domestic consumption of the owners of individual farms, on the other - by the level of economic efficiency of these economic entities. The weak material and technical basis and insufficient resourcing leads to their low efficiency.

World practice evidence that in modern conditions, high production efficiency can be achieved the only by those producers whose economies are based on an advanced and resource-saving technologies, combined with organizational and economic measures, and with adequate logistical and resource base. Analysis of the current state of the agricultural sector of the Russian economy indicates that the the main influence on the development of its indicators is made by large agricultural enterprises, as well as cooperating agricultural structures.

Some aspects of the theory and practice of development cooperation in the agricultural sector of the economy are investigated in the works R.Ouen, Sh.Fure, G.Shultse-Delic, F.V.Rayfayzena, F.Lassalya, Chernyshevsky, M.I.Tugan- Baranowski, S.L.Maslova, AV Chayanov et al. The absence of national theoretical researches in the field of cooperation, especially in the modern agrarian sector resulted in the fact that today the idea of co-operation shall take a distorted view, various organizational and economic forms, developing other laws are included and to the cooperation, not taking into account the specificity of agricultural production.

Methodology. As a result of the implementation of innovative strategies, agricultural production can be transformed into a variety of production structures. On the one hand, there are companies with diversified production with a closed cycle - from the start of production to the finished product. On the other - cooperating structures where innovations have a positive influence on the work of employees, transforming it into an intellectual. At the same time labor costs for 1 quintal of product tend to decrease. Work in the cooperative structures approaches the engineering work, being constantly enriched by the continuous growth of productivity and efficiency of labor and production.

With the growth of the productive forces of the agrarian sector, agricultural production increases significantly, but the technological fragmentation of production and consumption limits the further growth of agricultural production and, in turn, is causing losses at the junctions of production and consumption. This complicates the implementation of the Food Security Doctrine. Therefore, in modern conditions questions of labor and production cooperatives are very relevant, as the products of agricultural production receives a finished look basically in the field of processing industry. Thus, the need for cooperative relations is an objective law at the present stage of development of agricultural production. Co-operation allows to eliminate the discrepancy between production time and working period between production and consumption, etc. Agricultural production is a perishable and little transportable. Therefore, the final result will be more effective the less temporal and spatial is the gap between production and consumption. Consequently, the production of food products and consumer goods is beyond the scope of closed farms. Close co-operation of all forms of agricultural production leads to the establishment and development of inter-farm cooperation and agro-industrial integration - higher forms of organization and management of production in the agrarian and industrial complex on the basis of innovation. This ensures the increase in the production of agricultural products and their timely delivery to the consumer, as well as solving the problem of food security of the population and industry - agricultural raw materials [3].
