ABSTRACT

The teaching materials on the course Metrology are designed to train students in the Chemistry international educational program. Field of study 020100.68 " Chemistry", qualification (degree) to be earned Master of Science in Chemistry. Full-time program.

These teaching materials on the course are developed in accordance with the curriculum of the educational program under the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education (FSES HPE) 020100.68 " Chemistry" (Master's degree), approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (April 17, 2012. 12-13-87).

The course "Metrology" is the discipline section M.1V.DV.1 - the discipline of their choice. Discipline is realized in the course of one semester 1.

The program of the course "Metrology" is intended for graduate students and is aimed at developing students' knowledge of the general laws of the manifestations of the quantitative and qualitative properties of objects and processes through the measurement procedure (measurement), using information obtained in the measurements of quantitative information on the properties of the objects targeted for industrial, scientific, testing and other activities, the essence of standardization, setting norms and rules of procedure of conformity assessment (certification) of products, services, processes, quality systems and their role in quality assurance.

The purpose and objectives of this training are the theoretical knowledge and practical mastery of the skills needed to solve problems related to the measurement and metrological support, the basics of technical regulation and the state system of standardization, quality assurance and control products (processes) at all stages of the life cycle in their professional activities.

One of the innovations of this program is the emphasis on the need for a significant activation of self-study undergraduates in understanding and analysis methods.The theoretical material is divided into 3 modules. Theoretical knowledge is fixed on practical training.

The course "Metrology" continues and deepens the professional direction of Contents "The methods of substances and materials", "Modern Methods of Chemical Technology." Based on the knowledge gained in the study course "Physical Chemistry", "Physics", and others.

Discipline aimed at the formation of common cultural and professional competencies of graduates:possession of modern computer technologies used in the processing of the results of scientific experiments and data collection, processing, storage and transmission of information when independent scientific research (JC - 5); understanding of the principles of operation and the ability to work on a modern scientific equipment for scientific research (JC -6).possession of theory and practical skills in the chosen field of chemistry (in keeping with the theme of master's thesis) (PC -3);

The teaching materials on the course provide extensive use of active, creative and interactive lessons, combined with private study in order to create and develop the professional skills of the students.

The total number of the courses credits 2 credits (72 hours).

These teaching materials on the course include the following materials:

1. Course syllabus;

2. Lectures notes;

3. Materials for practical training lessons;

4. Materials for students private study;

5. Test and examination materials;

6. Reading list;

7. Glossary;
